Picture Perfect

We got the CD of our photos from Target! Here are Anthony's 6 month pictures and our family photos:

6 Month Checkup

Anthony went for his 6 month checkup today. As always, Dr. Eden marveled at how well he is doing. He now weighs in at 15lbs and 14oz and measures 26 inches long! Dr. Eden said that we can add any soft, mushable table foods to Anthony's diet in addition to his fruits and veggies. So he tried peach yogurt today! He also got 2 vaccines, the DTap and Polio.

After his appointment, we went to Target and had his 6 month photos taken as well as a family photo. They looked awesome and I'll post them once we have a CD of the images!

6 Months

Likes

• Playing with my toys in my room!
• Knocking over my stacking cup tower!
• Sitting up to play with my toys!
• Going to Friar hockey games!
• Seeing Mommy and Daddy when they pick me up from daycare!

Dislikes

• When I got an earache and couldn't sleep well.
• Peas and green beans: I refuse to eat them now.
• Being overtired: I get really upset and cry a lot more.

Monthly Milestones

• I can sit up by myself now! As long as someone is next to me watching me!
• I'm eating second stage solid foods! Mixed fruits and veggies!
• When I see something I like I make an "ooh" sound!
• My bottom teeth still haven't come through, but they're close!
• We moved into a new house and I now have my own room!

Halloween 2014

Today was Anthony's first Halloween! He got to wear his dinosaur costume to school, where they took him trick or treating and to visit the nursing home! Later that day, Matt and I took him to his first PC hockey game! He loved it!

Halloween

Sitting Up

Anthony is now sitting on his own! Although he sometimes he falls over if he moves suddenly, he can sit upright by himself for a while! It makes playing with toys a lot easier since he has both arms free!

5 Months

Likes

• Going to daycare and seeing my friends!
• When Mommy and Daddy tickle me!
• Playing in my bouncy seat!
• Army crawling around the floor!
• Watching the kitties run around the house!
• Eating baby fruits and veggies!

Dislikes

• Teething: my mouth hurts and I don't sleep well.
• Peas and green beans: I only eat them because I have to.
• Getting out of the warm tub and being cold.

Monthly Milestones

• I started eating solid foods! I love fruits and sweet vegetables!
• I'm army crawling around and getting ready to crawl!
• I'm getting better at sitting up by myself, but I still need a little support!
• My bottom teeth are getting ready to come through!
• I'm babbling all the time! I have so much to say that sometimes I have to stop and catch my breath!
